Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to sudirelano.pro and to information you choose to provide when contacting Sudirelano about its IT learning plots, field clinic, or project discussions. It does not cover websites, video services, calendar services, or other tools that may be linked from a future learning resource. Those services have their own policies and settings.
The site is designed as a static informational experience. The planting-desk form provides a browser-only confirmation and, in its current form, does not transmit the information entered to Sudirelano. If a future version of the site offers a form that sends information, that form will clearly say where the information goes before it is submitted.
Information we may receive
When you contact Sudirelano directly through a channel you select, such as email, you may provide your name, email address, the learning area that interests you, and details about a question, project, or technical problem. Please share only the information needed for the conversation. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, private keys, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Like most websites, basic technical data can be handled by the network and browser technologies used to view a page. This can include an IP address, browser type, approximate time of access, requested page, and standard request logs. Sudirelano’s website itself is not designed to use this information to identify visitors or assemble behavior profiles.
How information is used and when it is shared
Information you intentionally provide in direct correspondence may be used to answer the question you asked, arrange a requested discussion, keep an appropriate record of the exchange, or improve the clarity of Sudirelano’s course information. It is not used for unrelated promotional lists without a clear invitation from you.
Sudirelano does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to operate a requested service through a provider, to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of people and systems. Any provider handling information on Sudirelano’s behalf should be given only the information needed for that task.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information has been retained from a direct exchange, ask for a correction, or ask that it be deleted when there is no legitimate reason to retain it. You may also ask to stop receiving future non-essential messages. A request can be made through the Contact link in the site footer or by replying to a message you received from Sudirelano.
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period when required for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution reasons. If that applies, the response to your request will explain the limitation as plainly as possible.
Care and security
Sudirelano uses reasonable administrative and technical care appropriate to the nature of an inquiry. No website, email system, or storage method can promise absolute security, however. A careful first message and the avoidance of sensitive secrets are practical ways to reduce risk. If you believe an exchange has been compromised, contact Sudirelano promptly with only the details needed to describe the issue.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the website or its learning operations change. The effective date at the top signals the current version. Material changes will be reflected here in plain language. Continuing to use the site after a revised policy is posted means the updated policy applies to the site visit going forward.
Questions about this policy are welcome through the site’s Contact link.
